Is this okay for my kids?

Responding to the earlier comment “Is this okay for my kids?”, I would say that they’re going to have to be exposed to it and other classical works at some point, so it’s necessary to start them off as soon as possible. If you want to ease them into it with Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief, that’s one option. Going the direct route is another.
