ok. finished listening.
not much there to surprise the longtime Trump observer.
and the author certainly collaborated with the rest of the Trump family to enable his worst qualities and was just as self-interested as they were.
So Trump’s father who was a bad father indeed, and a bad human — many children have overcome far worse abuses with more grace.
Hard to feel sorry for any of the Trumps
Was hoping this book was the result of a crisis of conscience, redeeming Mary L. Trump and perhaps a few of her other relatives, but the author never even touches on her own complicity.
